4. Long/Track pants : 1 [No jeans]

-Health and Hygiene

7. Toothbrush + Toothpaste : 1
8. Daily self-medication : 1 [E.g. Asthma etc.]

-Footwear

9. Covered shoes : 2pairs [In case of wet activity(ies)]
10. Sandals/Slippers : 1 [Bath/Personal time]
11. Spare socks : 1 [In case of wet activity(ies)]

-Equipment

13. Writing materials (Pen + Notebook) : 1
14. Sleeping bag : 1
